Edwin Carl Caulley

Edwin received his formal training in figure and portrait painting in oils at the New York Academy of Fine Arts under the instruction of Raymond Brenin. His artwork is admired by many and many have been purchased by clients all over the country, many in the New England professional community. His work has also represented the City of New Haven, Connecticut as the cover of it’s official Christmas Card.

Edwin’s painting was Best in Show at the First Annual Fine Arts Day, Camden, South Carolina. He has exhibited in many exhibits throughout Connecticut and New York as a frequent co exhibiting artist with the World Fine Arts Group. Edwin was instrumental in creating one of the largest art supply stores, Makassar Alat Lukis in Makassar, Indonesia. Currently Edwin has paintings in private collections in Russia, China, Australia, United Kingdom, France, Romania, South Africa, Nigeria, Brazil, Indonesia, Germany, Serbia, and the U.S.
